Job Description Plant systems Technician - Non-Union Position Massillon Plant Benefits & Compensation Overview: Medical Dental Vision Prescription 401K Additional perks: Pet Insurance, (EAP) Employee Assistance Program, etc. (HRA) Health Reimbursement Account or (HSA) Health Savings Account Pay rate $33-$38 per hour Annual increases Incentive bonus eligibility Work Schedule: 3-shift operation: Manufacturing of products on day and afternoon shifts; Sanitation - midnight shift Monday through Friday-Possible overtime and weekends during peak season Hours vary by shift Plant & Community Overview: Plant Overview: The Kraft Heinz Massillon factory is engaged in the manufacture of frozen food products, most particularly, frozen dinner entrees, spinach dip, and kids' meal under the brand name of Smart Ones, Smart Made, Devour, Kraft, TGI Fridays and Crave. All items produced are frozen and under strict supervision of FDA, ODA, two (2) on-site federal USDA inspectors, and company quality inspectors. The Massillon, Ohio factory currently employs approximately 370 salaried, non-union hourly and union hourly employees. The Union hourly workers are represented by Local 880 of the United Food & Commercial Workers Union. The factory currently operates production lines on day and afternoon shifts. The midnight shift is dedicated to sanitation, maintenance and warehouse; disassembling, cleaning, completely sanitizing all production lines and equipment, and reassembling them in preparation for the next day's production operation. All products are micro-tested in the on-site Quality Assurance Laboratory. The products manufactured at the Massillon factory are distributed throughout the United States and Canada through retail and warehouse club outlets. Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) participation is required. Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities Assisting IT to determine system improvements and implementation for the plant Help to define and improve our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale data infrastructure Expand our data warehouse with clean data ready for analysis Small analytics project delivery including initiation, planning, scope, budget and change request management Develop state-of-the art analytics tools using Power BI and Tableau Implement disruptive technologies (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) focused on fundamentally transforming the way in which we operate Serve as an integral part of the Digital Revolution Continue to develop your skills by staying up to date on all the latest innovations and evolutions in the Business Intelligence community Support and promote quality processes and implementation of new or improved quality system programs Support QRMP Implementation and Maintenance Support KHMS Implementation and Maintenance Document Control through eQCMS Management of SAP systems including setting up new products and maintaining current specifications PC & Software Configuration and maintenance including Quality Suites, eQCMS and SAP Configure Net Content Specifications It is the responsibility of all employees to adhere to all site rules, and to adhere to all ways of working, and processes and procedures within that role Perform Statistical Analysis of Data and other duties as assigned Other duties as assigned or required; may include any quality or sanitation function needed to meet current or future business needs Position Qualifications Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft office suite, SAP, eQCMS, Quality Suites and Minitab. Standard mathematical & statistical skills, as well as an ability to perform accurate work and attention to detail. Experience developing dashboards, reports, and scorecards with a strong user interface SQL/ database fundamentals required Minimum 1 year of experience in big data Minimum 1 year of experience in cloud Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology Sanitation: Will ensure that the equipment and machinery he/she works with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions. Quality Assurance: Ensures all products manufactured comply with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function. Safety: Will follow instructions delivered during the training that explained the fundamentals of the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep himself/herself and others away from harm while performing his/her duties. Will adhere to LOTO policy and procedures. Work on all shifts expected, Weekend and Holiday work will be required. Schedule is based on a 7 day/week production; therefore, workdays may fluctuate from week to week based on production.
