Staffmark is seeking a Facilities Engineer to play a vital role in the safe and efficient manufacturing processes at our Easton, PA location. This direct hire position requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering to help maintain critical infrastructure that supports operations. The role offers in-house expertise to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions. Pay: $105,000 - $125,000 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM In this role, you will maintain and oversee mechanical systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air compressors, and boilers. You'll adapt to a complex environment while collaborating with multiple departments to provide engineering support for manufacturing assets. You will design mechanical components and systems, creating 3D drawings and adhering to industry standards, as well as size piping systems with material selection and process flow diagrams. Additionally, you'll lead cross-functional teams to diagnose manufacturing issues, manage capital projects, conduct design reviews, and provide on-site support during emergency maintenance events, available 24/7.
