Work Schedule:

70% FTE, days. Flexible scheduling. 56 hours in a two week pay period with the hours falling Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm, based on the provider's preference. You may be eligible for up to a $7000 sign-on bonus. This is a hybrid position. When in person you will work at 1102 S Park St.

We are seeking a Health Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to:



  • Evaluate and treat patients referred by the Pain Clinic with chronic pain and other pain-related concerns, requiring short term behavioral interventions.
  • Evaluate and treat patients referred by neurosurgery for brachial plexus pain and functioning related concerns.
  • Co-facilitate group medical visits (psychoeducation and treatment) for pain management.
  • Conduct Spinal cord stimulator and other procedural evaluations for patients awaiting medical procedures.
  • Utilize screening measures to monitor progress and outcomes to assess benefits of treatment.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals as well as patients to design specific goals for brief treatment.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field Required

Work Experience

  • 1 year of post-doc experience in the area of Behavioral Health in a medical setting Required
  • One (1) year of clinical experience or two (2) years of post-doctoral experience in the area of Health Psychology in a medical setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice Required
  • CPR/BLS Required
