The Medical Assistant (MA) provides clinical support to patients and assists care providers with clinical and administrative support. The TRUE MA will provide compassionate, respectful, patient centered services to individuals and families seeking gender-affirming treatment. The TRUE MA will demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and experience with the healthcare needs of LGBTQ+ children and adolescents. Sensitivity to cultural diversity, race, gender, and other individual differences in the workforce; recognize the value of diverse perspectives and experiences and fosters a work environment reflective of the community at large is key competency for this position. Salary Information Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $34,796.81 to $52,195.21Hourly Salary Range: $16.73 to $25.09 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
