We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex storage and lift solution installation and other material handling projects. In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage project teams throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with sales, installers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Develop detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define and understand project requirements.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and guide team members to ensure efficient performance.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address issues.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, expenditures, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare service contracts, quote installations, and coordinate scheduling.
  • Monitor resource usage and procurement to align with project needs and budget constraints.
  • Address and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Ensure installation work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and reviews to confirm installations are completed to specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, particularly with complex installation projects.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
