About This Position
The Unit Coordinator will provide a central resource for local/regional support, data collection, tracking, reporting etc. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Assist in the review and collection of receivables and payables
- Assist in preparation of spreadsheets for weekly/monthly reports
- Regular activity reporting to manager
- Assist in documenting procedures for District staff
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Back up Regional Coordinator and staff as needed
- Complete miscellaneous duties and assignments as assigned by Manager
- Prepare updates to District Client list
- CPI tracking
- Contract organizing and management such as collecting, sending reminders, tracking
- Weekly financial flash rollup
- Client Holiday cards
- ServSafe master list tracking for unit
- TTO statistics and tracking if appropriate
- Maintain District Organization chart
- Assist with tasks in FSA
- Assist with tasks in NetMenu
- Assist with tasks in UltiPro
- Other duties as determined by the needs of the business at a unit level and as requested by District Management
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- 10-key calculator experience.
- General office machine experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of TKC Organization and correctional facilities in a professional manner.
- Ability to prioritize projects from several sources and departments.
- Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and or situations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Customer service oriented.
- Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
- Comfort with TEAMs for screen sharing and distance collaboration.
