Description Maine Medical Center Service/Maintenance Support Req #: 1472 Summary Summary: The Building Maintenance Worker role performs routine tasks including painting, light construction, minor repairs and maintenance on equipment, and installation of basic wall protection. Performs minor millwork modifications, ceiling tile replacements/basic grid repairs and door maintenance. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Building trade education preferred. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Three years of related experience preferred. 4.
