Staffmark is hiring an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager for a full-time position with our rapidly growing partner company in Dallas, TX. If you're a skilled logistics professional with a passion for efficiency, quality, and safety, this is the opportunity for you to make a real impact in a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.

Requirements:



  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse and personnel management
  • Strong familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, managing supervisors and team members
  • Assign tasks and ensure performance goals are met
  • Prioritize safety and maintain a positive, motivated work environment
  • Supervise inventory reporting, cycle counting, and reconciliation
  • Safely operate forklifts and RF scanners
  • Train and mentor employees, ensuring they adhere to company procedures
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as needed


Schedule: Day shift (flexible to work occasional Saturdays)

Salary: $80,000 - $88,000
