As an Administrative Assistant III at Capital Group, you'll provide administrative support to our IT Senior Leadership team. You've built a career assisting others and know the level of attention this role demands. You've tested various ways to stay on top of your to-do list, and you've found an ideal method to ensure success. You excel at managing to-do lists, and handling unforeseen circumstances with resourcefulness, composure, and empathy. You have a way with people. Your interpersonal skills enable you to coordinate complex calendars, prepare meeting documents, arrange travel, and contribute to ad-hoc projects in meaningful ways.

  • You've had previous experience successfully supporting multiple business leaders in a corporate setting. You know that visibility is critical and communicating priorities is paramount.

  • Your sense of urgency, detail orientation and accuracy is consistent and dependable.You have more patience than most people and you adapt your style according to the needs of your senior leaders.

  • You take a collaborative, considerate and thoughtful approach to everything you do.You're well-versed in the nuances and complications of booking travel in Concur and managing complex travel arrangements.

  • You're an Outlook expert and have advanced Microsoft Office skills, including calendaring and arranging meetings. You regularly fine-tune your craft to become more efficient.

  • You are organized and comfortable tracking progress on multiple work items simultaneously.You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical and creative thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success.

  • You're a self-starter with good judgment, communication skills and strong customer service orientation.

  • You have a can-do attitude that is positive and professional.You have the desire to develop your responsibilities over time, including providing support on low-to-medium complexity projects for the team/department.

New York Base Salary Range: $81,830-$130,928

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
