Job Summary:
As a People eXperience (PX) intern you will work with our PX organization on talent management, recruiting, or other PX operations related activities. You will engage with managers and employees to complete projects that will add significant value to the business and its people. You will be mentored and guided by seasoned PX professionals that will lend their experience and knowledge to help you prepare for an accelerated career in People eXperience or Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support PX team in delivering tactical and strategic PX programs to the business in areas
including:
Talent Management and Development
PX Programs
Operations
Leadership and Development
* Assist with other related projects as appropriate

Recommended Skills & Experience
* Candidates currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or other related field
* Experience with Google Workspace; Microsoft Office Suite knowledge a plus

* Experience with event planning and execution

* Able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong comfort with ambiguity and change

* Interest in talent development, talent management and/or learning and development

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
