Job Description:

The Customer Support Representative for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization is the primary internal and external customer interface for all issues related to order processing status information.

The selected candidate will initiate, respond and/or maintains effective communications with internal and external customers.

What You'll Do:
  • Manages backlog and generates picking lists to the warehouse when orders are complete or partially available, upon written confirmation from customers.

  • Proactively reaches out to customers to obtain their partial ship authorizations, in order to maximize TD SYNNEX's revenue and improve return on working capital KPI.

  • Provides order status and ETAs to customers, proactively or upon request.

  • Generates, maintains and transmits to vendors sales out reports, inventory reports, pending vendor credits reports and other vendor required reports on a timely basis, maintaining established quality levels throughout the process.

  • Receives and processes customer claims (e.g., shipping errors, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), damaged/lost goods, order tracking, invoice revisions), investigating and making decisions within established process for resolution of issues and escalating decisions regarding exceptions and critical situations.

  • He/she diligently follows up all customer claims until resolved to customers' satisfaction.

  • Ensures that the customers are notified of the claim status.

  • Interfaces with other functional areas and shared services departments (e.g. SSS, PSS, Accounting, Credit, GIS) to leverage the resolution of issues and reports back to impacted customers.

  • Updates SalesForce.Com and SAP, as applicable, with order shipment information and other order status data.

  • Adjust in invoicing and shipping instructions, as appropriate.

  • Interfaces with Transportation area and occasionally with customer shipping agent/freight forwarder to obtain shipment status and/or make corrections and adjustments

  • Coordinates with internal and external resources to meet agreed-to expectations of the customer and TD SYNNEX.

  • Has accountability for efficient, correct and timely communication with customers and for assisting in research and resolution of order issues as appropriate.

  • Activates software licenses

  • Performs other additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

  • 2+ years of progressive previous work experience in a Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse or Product Support role working with customers, or a combination of post-high school formal education and job experience that demonstrates the ability to meet all of the identified job responsibilities.

  • Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.

  • Professional environment (Remote).

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
