Summary

The MIL Corporationis seeking apart-time Junior Management Analyst (Project Administrator I) to support a Federal Government client at our Lexington Park, MD location.The Project Administrator plays a critical role in supporting project managers and teams by analyzing data, tracking materials and travel, and providing insights to inform project decisions. This position involves coordinating material (tracking, storage and delivery), project travel (reporting, and coordinating), monitoring progress, and helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position that currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 2 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Analyze project data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and records pertaining to project travel and materials.
  • Provide analysis and support to project managers and team members.

Required Qualifications



  • 1-3 years of project support experience
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities


Desired Qualifications



  • Prior experience with Deltek Costpoint
  • Experience working with DoD contracts
  • Current Secret clearance

Compensation

The SCA (Service Contract Act) role at The MIL Corporation is subject to the regulations and guidelines set forth by the U.S. Department of Labor. As an SCA position, it is classified as a service contract and is subject to specific wage determinations and benefit requirements mandated by the government.

The compensation and benefits for the SCA role at The MIL Corporation will be in accordance with the prevailing wage rates and benefits specified by the Department of Labor for the specific job classification and location. The current rate is $25.00 - $30.00per hour.
