About the Role

Our marketing organization is seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in both print and digital media. We're looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, templates, and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work to support our clients. We work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on new projects. Applicants with experience leading creative teams and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration. The individual who joins our team would be in a unique position and will help us re-build our brand strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the design and implementation of concepts, guidelines, and strategies of all brand communications, experiences, and campaigns.

  • Execute on design assets including (but not limited to): web and print ads, layouts, whitepapers, sales collateral, presentation decks, and videos.

  • Collaborate effectively as a creative partner and brand consultant with Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Communications teams to execute on business objectives using clear and compelling creative strategies.

  • Focus efforts to ensure efficiencies, prioritize projects, and align resources.

  • Maintain creative source file libraries.

  • Ensure brand consistency and provide quality control over concepts and projects.

  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years' experience in professional design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.

  • Portfolio and/or examples of previous work necessary.

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related discipline.

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, to include Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design, and multimedia presentation.

  • Experience working with Open-Source web templates (Drupal,Wordpress, etc.) desired.

  • Working knowledge of website design and UI/UX (HTML, CSS, etc.).

  • Be a self-starter, take direction and work on projects, but always be bringing new and conceptual things to the table.

  • Comfort working with a PC.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, embrace feedback with an open mind, and apply constructive insights to deliverables.
