This position is on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI or Waukegan, IL based on need, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Manage Uline's Oracle EBS application, providing responsive customer service to EBS users. Lead planning and implementation of large software development efforts involving multiple business stakeholders. Oversee the development team, setting strategy for designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements. Maintain knowledge of best practices in IT and software development / architecture. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field. 8+ years of experience managing an Oracle EBS environment and technology stack. Thorough knowledge of business processes including Financials, Purchasing, Cost and Inventory. Strong customer service experience in a leadership role. Experience leading a highly performant team supporting critical business applications.
