Loading, Shipping and Receiving Associate

JOB DETAILS

Base pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute accurate receiving operations, including thorough inspection and verification of incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation
• Maintain strict adherence to established warehouse protocols for processing, labeling, and documenting received materials
• Perform systematic organization and storage of inventory according to prescribed warehouse management procedures
• Operate material handling equipment in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
• Process outbound shipments with precision, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation compliance
• Maintain meticulous inventory records through regular data entry and systematic updates in the warehouse management system
• Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure accuracy of shipments and prevent errors
• Execute cycle counts and participate in periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
• Report discrepancies and damages immediately to appropriate supervisory personnel
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements in shipping and receiving operations
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to resolve shipment-related issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving area according to established standards

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certification is mandatory
• Demonstrated warehouse operations experience is strongly preferred
• Verified proficiency and certification in forklift operation and material handling equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Proven competency in computer operations and warehouse management systems
• Advanced mathematical aptitude and precise counting capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated organizational proficiency
• Superior interpersonal communication abilities and proven team collaboration experience
• Valid state-issued driver's license is mandatory
• Documented adherence to safety protocols with verifiable safety record
• Demonstrated mastery of time management in high-pressure warehouse environments
• Must maintain strict compliance with all company safety standards
• Required to pass pre-employment screening
• Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality in attendance
