Project Coordinator Intern - Summer 2025

OUC - The Reliable One, an industry leader and the second-largest municipal utility in Florida, is offering an internship program in the Trans,Substation & Sys Protect.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern - Summer 2025. During the internship, you will be involved in:

• Working with the project manager and project team to help the coordination, tracking, documentation and quality assurance of project plans, schedules, budgets, action items, risks, issues, communications, etc.
• Work closely with project manager and subject matter experts to help gather, document, analyze and manage business and system requirements for implementation

Internship Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a degree seeking program.
  Academic status of Junior.
• Program of study: Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule between May 19, 2025 through August 15, 2025.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Outlook
• Familiarity with Gantt Charts and flow diagrams
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

"Nice to Haves":

• Microsoft Visio and/or business process diagrams

Compensation: $19.00 per hour, varies depending the education level

Schedule: Full-Time (up to 40 hours per week) -Hybrid Schedule
