Staffmark is partnering with a leading company specializing in health and wellness products to hire a Safety Manager in Hebron, KY. Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 Shifts: Flexible to support multiple shifts based on the needs of the facility As the Safety Manager, you will oversee day-to-day safety and security operations for the facility, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. You will be responsible for managing safety programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations including OSHA/Kentucky OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards, and leading initiatives to improve safety culture across the site. Responsibilities: Manage and enforce safety protocols for the facility Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations Develop and implement site-wide safety programs and initiatives Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to all staff Qualifications: Minimum 1+ year of experience in safety management or a related field CPR and First Aid certification required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary Employee Benefits: Our partner company offers a comprehensive benefits package, details of which will be provided upon hire.
