Description: The Mortgage Closing Manager acts as a key contributor in workflow management, new initiatives, process development and culture building. As the Mortgage Closing Manager, you will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements or actively seek methods to streamline business processes and manage and set goals for a team. Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues and work towards business solutions Develop new and more innovative, efficient processes to improve overall end to end cycle times or improve quality Support, recommend and implement technology initiatives Be responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectives Act as the main point of escalation for all issues within the function Perform capacity and staff planning to ensure adequate service levels are met Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Schedule M-F 8:30-5:30 PM Skills: mortgage industry, mortgage operations, mortgage closing, Encompass, fha va loans, Closer Funder, Closing Manager, loan servicing, mortgage loan Top Skills Details: mortgage industry,mortgage operations,mortgage closing,Encompass,fha va loans,Closer Funder,Closing Manager Additional Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years Mortgage closing management/ leadership Experience required Bilingual Spanish is a plus ( Higher Pay offered for Bilingual) General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local mortgage regulations a plus Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment Effective time management skills to deliver work on time Capable communicator, written and oral Strong negotiation skills with ability to effectively resolve problems Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.) Encompass Experience Roles to look for on candidate resume's Closer Mortgage Closer Closing manager Companies to Source from Valon Mortgage Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Rocket Mortgage The Money Source (ServBank) Loan Simple Loan Depot Movement Mortgage Freedom Mortgage Experience Level: Intermediate Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
