The Learning & Organizational Effectiveness team is a Center of Excellence supporting Docusign globally. We lead and deliver strategic People initiatives within the Global People Function and in support of our business. We work to reduce complexity across functions, deliver new business capabilities and fundamentally improve employee experience. As a subject matter expert in organization design, effectiveness and change strategy and management, you will have a direct impact on Docusign's employee experience, as well as our business efficiency. You will tackle key business challenges, independently leading transformation initiatives and optimizing our processes.

This position is an Individual contributor role reporting to Director, Organizational Development.

Responsibility

  • Drive key priorities for the Learning amp; Organizational Effectiveness function, while supporting business priorities across the company as needed

  • Deliver OD expertise to a variety of projects, including strategy development, organization assessment, organization design, change and transition management, and culture transformation

  • Partner closely with business leaders, and HR Business Partners to identify, scope and lead OD/E initiatives that improve employee engagement, operating efficiency, and organizational productivity

  • Advise the most senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to proactively and practically assess needs, develop recommendations, and lead projects to improve the employee experience

  • Assess organizational impact and organizational readiness for each change initiative on a global, regional and/or country level

  • Create and execute detailed change and communication plans

  • Track record of using data and analytics to support recommendations with partners and build measurable results

  • Support business leaders in identifying appropriate critical metrics for their teams, to enable effective monitoring and progress realization


Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.


What you bring

Basic

  • 12 years' demonstrated ability leading organizational efficiency initiatives, operating model development, the design of governance structures, organizational design efforts and change
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

  • A high degree of adaptability and ability to navigate the organization across sophisticated and diverse situations
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong decision-making skills and provide well-informed solutions
  • Highly developed sense of proactivity
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to capture audiences of all levels in the organization
  • Ability to frame, structure and take on sophisticated problems in a dynamic environment
  • Experience using data-driven insights that influence business strategy and decision making
  • Experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $129,000.00 - $182,250.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salary

Washington DC: $134,900.00 - $190,550.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
