Duration: 12 Months Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday-Thursday; 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM CST, Friday Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. MCM Consultant for a 12-month contract to support an ongoing MCM implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and a strong background in networking. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide guidance, documentation, and training to the team, ensuring a smooth transition to production. Key Responsibilities: Lead the MCM implementation and provide expert support to overcome technical hurdles. Assist with onboarding, documentation, and training for team members. Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving MCM-related issues. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of MCM. Utilize automation to enhance patching software implementation and operating system builds. Manage installations in remote environments and support end-user environments. Work with Zscaler or VPN technologies, as well as server and workstation environments. Develop creative solutions to improve efficiencies within the MCM environment. Required Skills: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM). Proven experience with MCM implementation. Automation experience with patching software and operating system builds. Experience with remote installations and end-user environments. Familiarity with Zscaler or VPN technologies. Strong understanding of networking protocols. Experience with server and workstation environments. Ability to develop and implement efficient processes. Preferred Skills: Experience with Intune and Entra. Knowledge of BitLocker for media drive encryption and reporting. Interview Process: ** Two-step interview process. Additional Information:* Position is open due to the ongoing MCM implementation and the need for additional support. The goal is to have the consultant start before the end of the year.
