Administrative Assistant

• Provide administrative support for the Warehouse Management team.

• Coordinate meetings, trainings, events and travel among other clerical duties.

• Generate and distribute schedules, presentations, reports and scorecards.

• Maintain and update various documents, contact lists, training materials and internal communications.

• Coordinate departmental human resource activities, including payroll, and manage relevant documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2+ years administrative / clerical experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

• Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
