We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, User Experience I to join our Engineering Loan Enablement team. This role is located in New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, Lake Mary, FL, Houston, TX or remote from the USA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our Loans Platform team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user research, interactive design, and visual design, providing guidance and technical expertise for complex user experience activities. This role involves collaborating with product and development teams, creating user personas, and developing various design artifacts to meet project schedules. Key Responsibilities:

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $97,000 and $181,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. | |
