Schedule: 7:45am - 5:00pm | Mon - Fri and Sat | Part-Time 25-40 hours

Pay: $20/hr. + paid parking

Exam Proctor essential tasks:



  • Verify photo I.D.s and ensure prohibited items do not enter the exam room; guide examinees to assigned seats.
  • Distribute, collect, and account for all exam materials.
  • Report exam discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to testing procedures, ensuring quality and security standards are met.
  • Monitor the room to prevent cheating and maintain exam security.
  • Organize and sort exam papers, ensuring proper order.
  • Complete standardized report forms accurately and assemble data as required.


This is an entry level position; training will be provided! Previous proctor experience is ideal, bachelor's degree is a plus.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
