Overview
The Staff Accountant is responsible for the various accounting and computer functions necessary for the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly financial reports. They will maintain information systems required for various external reporting requirements. Although specific job duties will be assigned to each position, they are cross-trained to do other functions within the Accounting department. Qualifications License/Certifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree: Business Management; Bachelor's Degree: Accounting; Bachelor's Degree: Finance Other Knowledge/Skills: Responsibilities Serves as "mini controller" and financial liaison for assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Perform review and analytical functions on financial information. Act as liaison between SBU and Accounting. Assist with monthly financial statements and annual budget. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $24.39per hour - $40.73per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
