Available Shifts:



  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, $17/hr
  • Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:30 AM, $17.50/hr


As an Inventory Reach Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations through cycle counting and tracking. Working closely with the Inventory Manager, Lead, and Supervisor, you'll conduct daily cycle counts, verify quantities by opening cartons and containers, and investigate any discrepancies. You will audit inbound and outbound shipments, assist team members in following SOPs, and ensure the accuracy of product identification, location, and lot codes within the system. Additionally, you will report inventory issues both verbally and in writing, help monitor inventory integrity, and participate in special inventory-related projects as needed. The role requires the use of Barrett's Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV), with certification required within 30 days. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Forklift certification (preferred).
  • 1+ year of cycle counting experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
  • Experience with process and shipment audits.
  • Knowledge of Lean concepts and warehouse management systems (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (bilingual in Spanish/English a plus).
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
