Shenandoah Oncology is actively seeking a highly detail-oriented, motivated, and empathetic Patient Financial Counselor (PFC) to join our dedicated team. As a PFC, you will play a crucial role in our organization by ensuring accurate insurance verification and eligibility, assessing patients' financial requirements, and providing valuable counseling on insurance benefits and co-payments. In addition, you will be responsible for obtaining pre-authorization for services and maintaining precise patient demographics.
