Description: We are seeking dedicated Data Center Technicians for a high-visibility project at our new PHX 12 data center in Phoenix, AZ. This 3-month project involves building out IDF closets and requires a strong commitment, especially during the holiday season. Shifts are available for morning, swing, and night, with competitive pay rates and double pay for holiday work. This is a demanding role with opportunities for overtime and potential full-time positions with Microsoft. Skills: Data center, Cable, Cabling, Hardware, Racking Shifts Available: * Morning (6 AM - 2 PM) * Swing (2 PM - 10 PM) * Night (10 PM - 6 AM) Responsibilities: * Build out IDF closets in a new data center * Work 50 hours per week with potential for overtime * Ensure reliability and commitment throughout the project duration Requirements: * Must be extremely reliable and able to work during holidays * Previous data center experience preferred * Ability to work in a demanding environment Additional Skills & Qualifications: This team will provide 24/7 support across three different shifts 6 day work week 8 hour shifts Benefits: Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
