Description
The Facilities Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Sr Director and VP of Facilities and perform a variety of Facilities-related administrative tasks, including assistance with the day to day facilities support, helpdesk monitoring, staff communications across departments, and other tasks as needed. This role will assist in interdepartmental support, support the MFT in terms of Corporate events and support for landlord interactions for administrative matters. They will also provide support for team supervisors and in COI management. This position will be fully in person. What you'll do:

This role will have an annual salary of $47,500 - $52,000.
