As a Business Analyst with our Facilities team, transform data into actionable insights to drive excellence for our growing footprint! Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Transform raw data into broader business summaries with actionable insights for Uline's leaders. Dive deep into Facilities-related operational challenges, working across teams on improvement strategies. Brainstorm and help implement innovative cost-saving measures. Keep a pulse of customer feedback, turning their comments into action. Review data reporting to make informed suggestions for Facilities upgrades. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Major in Business, Data or Finance preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficient in Excel, SQL and Power BI. Excellent organizational and communication skills with great attention to detail. Travel to Uline's North American locations and to international locations as needed.
