Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provide contracting assistance to technical personnel involved in development of statement of work or data deliverable requirements for variety of pre-award and or post award procurement actions.
  • Assist with contract negotiation, price reasonableness determination, administration and termination procedures.
  • Assist e government client in preparing contract modifications and supporting documentation for actions such as funding, award fee, period of performance extensions, and administrative modifications.
  • Monitor and evaluate contractor performance for compliance with contract terms/conditions and ensure timely submission of contract deliverables


Required Skills and Experience:



  • Works well in small and large teams
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate between government organizations and summarize information for presentations
  • Proficiency preparing contract files for review
  • Must have 5 years plus of experience with contract administration, subcontract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation
  • Must have experience with various contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, cost reimbursable, and General Service Administration (GSA) schedules, such as government-wide acquisition contracts, blanket purchase agreements (BPAs), and rapid response IDIQs
  • Must have knowledge of federal government contracting
  • Must have knowledge of federal acquisition regulation (FAR) and agency supplements
  • Must be ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Must be able to function in a fast pace, team focused environment.
  • Analyzing procurement policies and procedures, as well as proposed costs and prices.
  • Assist with procuring services using various types of contracts.
  • Assist with administration of various type of contracts.
  • Requires knowledge of firm fixed price, IDIQ, GSA, cost and award fee contracts.
  • Proficient in preparing pre- and post-award documentation.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • TS SCI is required

  • NCMA Certification


Compensation:

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.00 (annualized USD).
