**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Position reports to the M-Occupational Health, Ergonomics, Injury Prevention, or designee. Responsible for SYSTOC database integrity, maintenance, and updates, as well as training and ongoing support of database users. The Systoc Data Analyst is responsible for the ongoing assessment and optimization of data systems related to clinical management, occupational injury care, and Employee Health record-keeping. Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other analytic modeling tools to support identified goals. Identify trends/patterns within complex data sets; visualize and deploy the data to inform stakeholders. Apply simple statistical analyses as needed. Develop innovative recommendations to achieve successes related to Employee Health and Occupational Health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data management within a healthcare setting. Qualifications
