Team Supervisor, Distribution Central Supply/Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY: This position has responsibility for the operations of Distribution including Central Supply, General Stores and Mailroom.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma required, continuing education in distribution concepts and techniques, Associated Degree or higher is preferred

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Valid New Mexico Driver's License preferred.

SKILLS: Demonstrated professional competency skills in management. Must have effective verbal and written skills. Ability to interface with Staff, Directors, Managers, Nursing Staff and Physicians.

EXPERIENCE: Three years experience required; two years progressive management preferred.

NATURE OF SUPERVISION:

-Responsible to: Director of Materials Management

Works in a clean, well lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment, storeroom and general office environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Subject to stressful professional relationships. Working hours vary, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies. Requires the ability to speak, listen, develop and communicate written materials.
