The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

This position serves as the Project Manager to several studies implementing e-Connect in juvenile probation across 5 NYS counties. The role is responsible for the overall running and administration of e-Connect protocols; managing data; and training of staff and managing partnerships with county probation.

Responsibilities



  • Supervise FTEs and coordinate with internal and external team (including data analysts, technical assistance providers, research partners, and other partnering agencies) to coordinate project activities and maintain study timelines.
  • Develop and maintain study operations manuals, IRB records and compliance documentation, protocols, and DSMB materials.
  • Oversee the execution of data reports to external partners and stakeholders to ensure quality and validity.
  • Oversee data entry, collection and management.
  • Develop internal and external presentations, lead or co-lead research manuscripts.
  • Maintain and grow new partnerships with study partners from OMH, OPCA, leadership and local facilitators from 9 NYS probation sites and partnering BH agencies participating in research, and representatives from other partnering agencies throughout NYS.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree and at least four years of related experience or equivalent in education, training and experience.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Master's degree and at least three years of related experience.
  • Experience working with juvenile probation agencies.
  • Experience training probation staff to screen for behavioral health problems.
  • Able to work flexibly, independently, and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.


Other Requirements



  • Masters in psychology or related field.
  • Experience managing large data sets.
  • Experience managing large multi-site studies.
  • Knowledge of SPSS, SAS, STATA, or R.
