Job OverviewThe Sr HR Partner plays a critical role in driving operational people account team initiatives established in partnership with the business to deliver strategic business outcomes for T-Mobile. Employ strong strategic planning experience and discernment to understand business drivers and financial goals, and identify innovative and future focused People solutions. Provides strategic direction, collaborating and mentoring to executive business leaders with solutions that improve business outcomes including organizational design, workforce planning, organization health and effectiveness. As a trusted coach to the executive leadership team, the Sr HR Partner is a data driven problem solver who uncovers insights and uses business intelligence to guide and influence decisions that cultivate a positive employee experience and organization efficiency. It is critical for the candidate to possess a strong ability to think strategically, translating abstract concepts into actionable initiatives. Equally important is the capacity to execute the strategic roadmap through effective program and project management, supported by strong communication, change management, and the ability to drive execution at all levels of the organization-from frontline staff to executives. Navigate issues with resiliency in getting results for the business. This requires excellent cross functional relationship building with Strategic Advisors, Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Partners to strategize solutions, leverage resources to drive initiatives, and lead all aspects of execution of program delivery of our HR Core Services. This role is based in Bellevue, WA and offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week in-office. Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
