The Graphic Designer is responsible for working closely with creative services, marketing strategists, and events managers to develop printed and electronic marketing collateral using a variety of graphic design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing collateral across various mediums, including digital, print, and social medial, and integrate artwork, text, video, and animation appropriately.
  • Design marketing and sales collateral for internal and external presentations by using design software (primarily the Adobe Creative Cloud solutions) to produce professional concepts and layouts with effective integration of text, photography, and illustrations.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and track project status to completion using Wrike Project Management solution.
  • Leverage thorough and complete understanding of WellSky's brand guidelines to revise existing design files and other marketing materials as needed.
  • Meet or communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements, schedule, and objectives of projects so designs can be fulfilled in the most effective, economical ways.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
