We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA- Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Facilitate the identification of control risks throughout the operation. Collaborate with leaders across business areas in developing Control Assessments Conduct timely reviews of key operational control risks with senior managers. Oversee investigation and reporting of all major control risks, including root cause analysis and remedial action recommendations. Undertake deep dive reviews to provide assurance that processes across the firm are conducted in a controlled manner. Develop and prepare dashboards and operational risk reporting materials. Provide effective challenge with respect to first line procedures and practice and provide reporting and communication to senior leadership. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years' experience in a control function, ideally at another asset manager or related financial services firm Ability to work in a dynamic environment including translation of complex concepts and issues into insights for senior leadership and non-technical audiences. Ability to influence positive change and cultivate relationships to accomplish goals. Strong analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset Strong organization skills and capability to manage multiple projects. Excellent written communication and presentation skills Experience working under tight timelines, producing accurate results, and mitigating risks. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
