We are looking to fill multiple Team Lead positions with the following shifts available: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Pay Rate: $15.00/hr. Responsibilities: Manage the production activities of temporary staff during your shift, including attendance tracking and reassigning team members as needed. Oversee project area setup and provide on-the-job training in safety, quality standards, and production processes. Maintain effective communication with other Team Leads regarding staffing needs and any operational concerns. Operate packaging equipment on the production line, assist with changeovers, and ensure adherence to Critical Inline (CIL) standards and centerline processes. Analyze team dynamics, offering both positive and constructive feedback to foster growth and development. Qualifications: Experience in team leadership and training. Basic computer skills.
