Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $28/hr As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment, including performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Key duties include: Perform routine maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines based on engineering specifications, operations manuals, and diagrams. Identify and resolve malfunctions by observing machinery, using testing instruments, and analyzing mechanical devices in operation. Remove defective parts, disassemble machinery using hoists, cranes, and hand tools; inspect and determine replacement part requirements. Measure parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers) and adjust machinery to meet dimensional specifications. Create repair parts as needed using machine shop tools and equipment. Maintain maintenance logs, document repairs, and communicate actions and irregularities to the team. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
