We're currently partnering with a leading company in Urbana, OH, to hire a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator. This temp-to-hire position offers strong potential for career growth within a supportive team focused on your success.

Pay: $17 per hour

Schedule: 6 PM - 6 AM, 12-hour rotating shifts. Opportunities for regular time, overtime, and double time available.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Set up and perform secondary and value-added operations for the production and value-added departments.
  • Operate hand welding guns, hot plate welding, and finished welding.
  • Work with equipment such as welding, routing, saws, and CNC programming.
  • Manage and operate all necessary machines and apply additional options as required.


Qualifications: At least 1 year of forklift experience.
