Purpose

The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator will effectively coordinate ongoing programs, foster strong relationships with industry practitioners, and promote the use of CII's benchmarking resources, including the Data Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project/program coordination and a passion for driving innovation and improvement across the capital projects industry.

Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Coordinates activities for specific Deployment initiatives, including CII benchmarking operations and related projects, ensuring tasks are completed within defined timelines. Monitors program progress, taking corrective actions to keep projects on track and addressing issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution. Provides input for comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manages budgets and resources for specific programs.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Provides onboarding and training for data submission to industry practitioners, research teams, and data submission consultants engaged for specific initiatives. In coordination with CII leadership, facilitates communication and information exchange among stakeholders on the priorities and messaging for benchmarking activities. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and volunteers.

  • Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct program evaluations to assess outcomes, impact, & lessons learned. Provide reports on the submission of data & use of benchmarking tools. Prepare reports on program status, achievements, and challenges for management. Identifies areas for improvement. Maintains accurate documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Prepares reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Construction Engineering and Management, or a related field

  • Five (5) years of experience in project/program coordination

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data management and analysis

  • Knowledge of benchmarking resources and the Data Warehouse

  • Familiarity with benchmarking and capital project delivery

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar)

Salary Range

$ 60,000 + depending on qualifications
