You will play a pivotal role in ensuring production goals are met during peak operating times. Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse operations by supervising staff, managing daily activities, and implementing production planning strategies to meet customer demands. Handle fleet operations, logistics, and procurement to ensure adequate stock levels and timely shipments. Coordinate freight arrangements, shipping schedules, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. Qualifications: This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to sit, bend, stand, and lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift, along with forklift experience and basic computer skills (email, shipping, Excel). Responsibilities include organizing LTL freight and shipping with accurate packing slips, ensuring attention to detail to avoid costly errors, and leveraging quality control and audit skills.
