TEKsystems is looking to hire a Legal Mail Clerk to work with one of the most rapidly growing law firm's in Columbus, OH! If you have 3+ years of File Clerk/Administrative experience and are looking to get your foot in the door at a great company - apply today!
* Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour * Shift: 8:45am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday) * In-office: office is located in Northern Columbus *Job Description:* * The Legal Clerk performs multiple administrative tasks to support theparalegal team and office manager with daily administrative tasks * Print cases for the attorney to review, tab for signature, and coordinate anycorrections needed * Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing mail * Preparing and sending out a high volume of welcome packets * Manage client fingerprints and outgoing requests (nospecific prior experience required as we will train on these aspects) * Assist with filing, copying, other administrative tasks *Qualifications:* * 3+ years of mail clerk/administrative/clerical experience * Exceptional attention to detail * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to work independently and proactively * Computer skills * Legal experience is a huge plus, but not required About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
