JOB SUMMARY:
SMBCMANUBANK is seeking an experienced Director, Marketing Operations professional within the Marketing Team. This role will report into the Head of Marketing, Commercial Banking and will lead and assist on Process Operations and Efficiencies, MarTech platform ownership and Marketing Compliance. These responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and workflow management, procedural management, training and enablement, vendor procurement, MarTech platform maintenance, marketing compliance, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Marketing Operations and supporting B2B strategies in a highly collaborative and dynamic organization.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create/Modify Process Maps (workflow management) to help the Marketing Team increase efficiency and improve collaboration
- Write Procedures & Job-Aids for Marketing owned platforms
- Conduct Marketing Ops Office Hours and facilitate trainings for internal clients
- Manage quality control activities that help ensure assets, procedures, controls, and job-aids are accurate, in compliance with required review cycles, and functioning effectively
- Manage Marketing PM Tooling that enables proper intake, evaluation, and prioritization of activities in collaboration with PM resource and other Marketing Team initiative leaders
- Assist Marketing Team with vendor procurement and renewal activities in collaboration with Vendor Operations
- Manage marketing capabilities intake process and oversee implementation in coordination with assigned Marketing Team leader and PM resource
- Assist with Platform Ownership responsibilities of selected Marketing Team owned operational platforms - managing the development and evolution of for greater efficiency and capability.
- Work closely with Marketing Compliance officer to ensure all policies, procedures are up to date and current.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in Marketing with a keen understanding of how marketing processes work together and affect each other
- A minimum of 7 years' experience assessing marketing processes and finding ways to improve efficiency and quality of work
- Experience and comfort working within MarTech platforms such as DAMs, Marketing Automation, and Project Management
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk through adherence to regulations and best practices
- Experience creating and delivering trainings and materials that promote awareness and inspire adoption
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
