Pay: $16 per hour Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday As a Machine Operator, you will pack air filters, fold, assemble, inspect, and cut materials according to customer specifications. You will ensure accurate order setup, track production speed, and maintain quality control through basic math. Report any issues with materials or equipment, and keep the work area clean and organized. Adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment, and use basic computer skills for label printing and following schedules. This role requires performing routine tasks with attention to detail and efficiency. Qualifications: Strong ability to speak, read, and write in English is highly preferred. Previous manufacturing experience is strongly desired. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work overtime as needed. Basic math skills for quality control tasks. Must be punctual and reliable with excellent attendance. Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
