Position Title:Portfolio Manager 2 - Small Business Banking

Business Unit:Small Business Banking

Reports to:Portfolio Management Manager - Small Business Banking

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for monitoring asset quality and assisting with the administrative functions of an assigned Small Business Banking portfolio of relationships. The position assists in the management and development of intermediary business relationships with existing and potential clients. Working to mitigate risk and grow revenue for FNB, while providing the highest quality of service to every customer The incumbent assist in the credit training and development of the Retail small business team, participates in opportunities as warranted or required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitors the asset quality and administrative functions of each assigned portfolio relationship.

Manages the frontline annual review process for all small business loans subject to risk rating review. Manage renewal and maturing lines and loans in the portfolio. This function encompasses the monitoring of the timing of reviews, information gathering and appropriate analysis.

Coordinates other portfolio administration activities in conjunction with the sales teams to gather and monitor data and follow up as appropriate to ensure all delinquencies, documentation exceptions, KYC exceptions and beneficial ownership exceptions are maintained within established tolerances.

Assists as required with reporting needs which could include portfolio composition, yield, product and service utilization and attrition statistics. Engages clients and employees to facilitates the cross-sell opportunities of various bank services.

Independently meets with borrowers, prospects and service providers on an as needed basis. Assumes responsibility for managing and expanding assigned relationships. Attends other calls with BDO's and Branch Managers as appropriate.

Assists with the credit or conversation training and development as necessary of the retail small business baking team and acts as a mentor to other portfolio managers and business sales partners.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
