1. Reporting of key performance indicators
2. High proficiency in MS products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, is required

• Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
• Revise production schedule, when required, due to design changes, labor or material shortages, or other interruptions.
• Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.

• High proficiency in MS products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, is required
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a logistics warehouse environment is required
• Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking skills - analysis, interpretation, inference, explanation, self-regulation, open-mindedness, and problem-solving
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to employ effective time management skills
• Independently follow and execute work assignments
• Must be able to work without supervision; self-starter
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, including executives
• Performs work under time schedules and stresses, which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive job stress, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, and language barriers.
