Job Title: Field Services Engineer

Position Purpose:

We are currently seeking a Field Service Design Engineer to assist in the design, operation, and troubleshooting of our processing equipment throughout our 40 facilities across the United States. This position will be based out of a home office setting.


Key Job Activities:

  • Assist with design and implementation of various projects with Autoclave Technology, PLC's, Boiler, Steam, and Conveyer Systems.
  • Assist plant staff with troubleshooting and/or corrective maintenance on unexpected equipment failures.
  • Assist with the training of plant employees on efficient operation of equipment.
  • Assist in establishing facility operation and maintenance standards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America a must.



Experience (North America):

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an emphasis on Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred.
  • Minimum work experience of 1 year.



Licenses and Required Competencies:



  • Familiarity with Auto Cad and manipulation for basic concept plans.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems for process control of sterilizers and wastewater treatment a plus.
  • Familiarity with heat transfer and water/wastewater treatment systems and processes a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently, unsupervised (with guidance as necessary) and be a self-starter.
