*Role:* Project Manager
*Location:* Dobbs Ferry, NY (Remote/Tri-state Area) *Length:* 8-Month Contract (35 Hour Work Week) *Top Skills' Details* * 5+ years' experience as a Technology Project Manager - Executive facing & vendor management experience desired. * Proven ability to execute on a predetermined plan - maintain project scope, meet deadlines, and manage financials. * Higher Ed industry experience or Instructional Technology experience (highly preferred) * PMP certification is higher preferred. * * *Job Description* * Providing project management for the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of classroom and institutional technology and software. * Managing testing activities including definition of test strategy, test scope, test case creation and test execution * Managing issue tracking and resolution process * Participating in management team meetings to provide status updates on projects and milestones. * Creating and/or overseeing the creation of the following documents: requirements, solution designs, process flows, user guides, marketing collateral, support documentation, and FAQs * Identifies and manages changes to project scope, risks, assumptions, issues, constraints, and dependencies. * Manages stakeholder sign-off and support during project go-live. * Performing and/or managing project training tasks including needs analysis, training development, and delivery of training * Participating in vendor selection process for project * * *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Minimum of three (3) years higher education experience working with instructional technologies or related field. * Experience managing fast paced technology services teams and delegating responsibilities accordingly. * Ability to design learning spaces and/or work with external vendors on the same. * Driver's license and the ability to travel between campuses is required. * Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, and proactive. * Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, organization, presentation, written communication, and oral communication skills. * Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with commitment to follow-through. * Effective and efficient with managing projects and staff. * Effective user of Microsoft Office suite of applications MS Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
