Job OverviewThe Manager is responsible for new development for both Metro and Assurance Wireless prepaid brands to help the prepaid organization hit its goals. They will work with multiple portfolios to give requirements and business priority. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with agile teams, capturing requirements, aligning with key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery on schedule. Enterprise Core Competencies Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership. Essential Functions * Build customer journeys to explain scope of initiatives * Collaborate with sales, care, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment for prepaid initiatives. * Gather, prioritize and review prepaid requirements from various stakeholders * Accountable for the readiness of all prepaid capabilities for PI planning and leading the delivery schedule. * Work with Program teams so they can provide effective training, documentation, and support for prepaid initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Qualifications * Knowledge of agile/waterfall development processes, experience in handling return on investment objectives and ability to create functional processes * Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas * Broad understanding of program management concepts and tools, including technical, innovation process, Marketing management, Financial and Operational functions * Solid understanding of prepaid products, services, and customer lifecycle. * Proficient in agile methodologies, tools, and processes. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and lead multiple tasks and deadlines. Desired Education/Experience * Bachelor's Degree * 7+ years in business, marketing, product management, product development or technology experience, minimum of 5 in telecom * Experience with prepaid is a plus #LI-Corporate * At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $88,100 - $158,800 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
