• Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of Engineering, providing insights and recommendations to drive high-quality product delivery and operational efficiency.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects across the larger organization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Develop and deliver high-impact executive presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion.
• Facilitate and organize key meetings, such as Executive Leadership Team meetings, strategic offsites, and All Hands meetings, ensuring clear actions and follow-up.

You will be part of the senior leadership team within the Platform Operations and Validation Organization, working closely with the VP of Engineering and other executive leaders comprising Executive Directors, VPs, and SVPs within and across the organization. This team is focused on driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence to support the growth and success of Synopsys.
